Mark Schmidel is the principal consultant at Schmidel & Associates. Mark helps clients to develop business strategies and implement the organizational, process and technology changes necessary to realize their business visions. Mark’s clients have included technology start-ups, middle market and global companies. Prior to starting his firm, Mark was a consulting partner at Andersen where he led the Products Industry for the Northeast Region. Earlier in his career, Mark also led the technology and manufacturing consulting practice at a Boston area CPA and consulting firm. Mark is a graduate of Northeastern University.
